Unfortunately I can't unsubscribe for you - Apple simply doesn't provide developers with that capability.

However - I do try to make it as easy as possible in each of my apps.

To manage your subscriptions, simply click here
This will launch Apple Music where Apple has (for some reason) decided to put all your subscription management.

Every app has a button linking to 'Manage Subscription'.
This is typically in the settings area for iOS apps, or in Menu/Help for Mac apps.

Alternatively, Apple has a help page with links to see or cancel any subscriptions:

Finally, for iOS apps, you can also just delete the app. 
Your phone/iPad will ask you if you want to unsubscribe at that point.
